which you can reduce the risk of dementia.

One you need to exercise about 20 minutes
a day.

Two, you need to sleep about 7 hours
a day.

You need to eat well, and you need to do
the things that your momma told you to do.

anything that improves your hand-eye
coordination.

It's things like this

that have been proven
to reduce the risks of getting dementia.

So go play Wordle
if you're enjoying it! That's cool!

But it's not going to prevent dementia.
